Parichaya Vedika Terms and Conditions :

• “Eenadu Pellipandiri Parichaya Vedika” is a unique service offered by Ushodaya Enterprises Pvt Ltd, the operators of eenadupellipandiri.net website. This unique interactive feature is specially designed for prospective brides and bridegrooms of same religion and same community to meet and select their life partners in an introductory session arranged by eenadupellipandiri.net.
• Eenadupellipandiri.net will announce dates of “Eenadu Pellipandiri Parichaya Vedika” from time to time through various media vehicles that may include “Eenadu” Newspaper, ETV satellite channels network, etc.
• Members opting to participate in such event will register themselves either through online or by visiting Eenadu Offline Centres of their convenience. The Members would pay a participation fee as announced from time to time for respective event.
• The profiles of participants on a first-come-first-served basis will be published in a CD and circulated among the participants. If there is any last minute dropouts from participation, “Eenadu Pellipandiri Parichaya Vedika” or “eenadupellipandiri.net” will not be responsible or liable for any inconvenience caused to any member.

Members registering for “Eenadu Pellipandiri Parichaya Vedika” shall be automatically consenting for :

• Selection of their profile for introductory session “Eenadu Pellipandiri Parichaya Vedika” conducted by eenadupellipandiri.net.
• Publication of their profile in the CD for “Eenadu Pellipandiri Parichaya Vedika”.
• Circulation of CD containing their profile among selected members belonging to same religion and community.
• To participate in the introductory session conducted by eenadupellipandiri.net.
• Publication of photos of bride and bride-groom in “Success Stories” on eenadupellipandiri.net website and on “Eenadu Pellipandiri Parichaya Vedika” CDs.
• The contents of the profiles published in the Parichaya Vedika CDs have been provided by the members / representatives / aspiring participants. eenadupellipandiri.net publishes them as they are on the behalf of the aspirants / participants. eenadupellipandiri.net will not be responsible for the authenticity of the details.
• The event may be cancelled / rescheduled without assigning any reasons. In case of cancellation, member will get full refund of the amount paid towards registration fee of respective Parichaya Vedika. In case of event rescheduling, member can opt for cancellation or participation in the event on the rescheduled date.
• The acceptance of profile for Eenadupellipandiri.net Parichaya Vedika and activation of the profile on the website of eenadupellipandiri.net is under the prerogative of eenadupellipandiri.net. A profile can be rejected at any stage of the event without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• The acceptance of profile for Eenadupellipandiri.net Parichaya Vedika and activation of the profile on the website of eenadupellipandiri.net is under the prerogative of eenadupellipandiri.net. A profile can be rejected at any stage of the event without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• During the Event, Eenadupellipandiri.net’s role is to introduce the concerned member/member’s representatives on the Stage. It is for the member to verify further and initiate. At no stage Eenadupellipandiri.net takes up the responsibility beyond introduction of the participants on the Stage.
• Once marriage is fixed or if the member is not interested in marriage, it is the responsibility of the member to delete the profle on eenadupellipandiri.net website. Eenadupellipandiri.net can only assist the member on how to delete the profile.
• Eenadupellipandiri.net cannot guarantee on the no.of participants (gender-wise) for respective event.
• Eenadupellipandiri.net , in its own discretion may change the venue of the event Within the same city. In such a case all the members are informed through mobile alerts (SMS), email and phone call (to the phone number provided at the time of registration).
• The CDs published during the Parichaya Vedika event may be made available to other registered members of enadupellipandiri.net either on the same day of the event or subsequently.
• Any dispute subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad only.
