To register as a member you need to click on Register for Free in the Home page of the Eenadu Pellipandiri Website / App. At the time of registration, members need to furnish their mandatory details for the following categories covering some information.

Note: Members can upload photos, ID Proof, Horoscope for free. After submitting all the above information (atleast all the mandatory fields in each section), your profile will be automatically created and you shall be given a system generated 'Profile ID' for future references and login purposes.

  • Yes, Mobile verification through OTP is mandatory to register a profile in Eenadu Pellipandiri.
  • Eenadu Pellipandiri displays 100% verified mobile numbers. So, unless you verify your mobile number through OTP which will be sent to you mobile number as 'EPPSMS', you cannot create a profile on our website / App.
  • The verification process is done free of cost. Only paid and ID proof verified members can only view your mobile number.

A Free member can upload one (1) photo and A paid member can upload three (3) photos to your profile.
Photos must be in jpg, jpeg, png format, no larger than 10MB.

No, Uploading ID proofs is not mandatory.
But if you upload with any two of valid ID proofs approved by Government i.e., Aadhar card, Pan card, Voter card, Driving Licence and Passport, Eenadu Pellipandiri team cross-verifies the documents with the details that are provided in your profile and allots you a 'Verified badge' on your profile which is displayed to all the members (Free & Paid users).

No, you cannot use the same Mobile number for multiple registrations.
One Mobile / Phone number can be used for / by only one person. No Mobile / Phone number will be duplicated.

Yes, you can create a maximum of two profiles with the same Email ID during free registration at Eenadu Pellipandiri

Yes, You can change / update your phone number in the edit profile section by entering OTPs that you have received on existing and new phone numbers.

• Free members can view only some of your basic details . They cannot view your mobile number, horoscope, etc.
• Paid members can view all your details.
• If you keep privacy settings for your profile, basing on your privacy mode the other member can access your details.

Yes, you can register.
Eenadu Pellipandiri allows you to create profiles for your children's / friends / siblings or relatives.
Eenadu Pellipandiri has a large number of profiles registered by parents, siblings, friends and relatives.

Yes. We encourage our registered members to invite their friends and relatives to register with us in search of their life partner.

No, you can't choose your own Profile ID. Every Profile ID is unique and it is system generated.

Profile ID identifies each person uniquely. Under no circumstance two people can have the same Profile ID. . So there will be no duplication in the Profile ID.

 Do's and DON'Ts:
 
• While filling up the registration form, try to fill all the sections atleast the mandatory fields which helps you to get more profiles as suggested matches.
• Make sure you update all the latest information in all the sections.
• Add a recent / latest photograph .
• Upload ID proof and avail Verify badge on your profile which makes you a genuine profile and improve your chances of getting more responses.
• Do not display your contact details anywhere in your profile except in the space provided for it. 
• Do not include vulgar or racist content.
Note: Non compliance to the term of use may result in your profile being rejected.  

Profile Login

 1. Click on “Login” button in the Home page of the Eenadu Pellipandiri Website / App  
 2. Under that type your "Profile ID / Registered Phone number" and enter "Password" or 'Request OTP' where you will receive the OTP on the registered Mobile Number & Email ID.  
 3.Then click on "Login" and you can access your account at Eenadupellipandiri.net.

For logging into your account, you can either use Mobile number or Profile ID to log in.
So, when you forget your Profile ID, you can login through a registered mobile number.

When you forgot your password, you can click on the forgot password and regenerate the new password by entering OTP from your registered mobile number.

                                                    (OR)

You can simply choose to login through OTP instead of login through Password.

Of course, you can change your password.
• Login into your account, go to 'Profile settings' and click on 'Change password'.
• Then enter your current password and generate a new password.

Profile Edit / Hide / Delete

• Login into your account, go to ‘Edit Profile’.
• Click on edit under the required category of your profile in which you want to make changes or update the info.
• Same wise, you can edit your partner preferences also at any time.
• If you can't make any changes through edit or for any other guidance relating to it, kindly contact our customer care at 8008001686
 

• Most of the contents of your profile and partner preferences can be edited and updated at any time as you wish to do so.
• However, some of the fields of member's such as Date of Birth, Age, Marital Status, Religion, Caste cannot be edited.
• In the same way, once the ID Proofs were verified, you can't modify it.

When a user provides full details to their profile will improve the profile credibility in finding the better matches.
• In view of that, we have provided a feature called 'Profile Completeness' which shows the profile completion percentage bar.
• For every particular section there will be a percentage that is shown based on your given details and which alerts the user to fill all the details.

When you want to have some break for searching matches or restricting members to contact you, then you can hide your profile temporarily.
• Login to your account
• Go to Profile settings section, choose Hide / Delete Profile option.
• In that click on 'Hide Profile' where you can see multiple options i.e., 7 Days, 15 Days, 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months and 12 Months, basing on your choice select any one option and save it by clicking the submit button.
• Now, your profile is hidden from other members to contact you. But, you can still view other members profiles.
Note: To unhide your profile, click on the ‘unhide your profile’ option in the same section and submit it.

When a user gets married or wants to delete the profile for various reasons, they can delete the profile by following the below steps.
• Login to your account
• Go to Profile settings section, choose Hide / Delete Profile option.
• In that click on 'Delete Profile' where you can see multiple options, choose any  one option as per your choice.
• Then confirm your password and click on the 'Delete Now' button.
• Now your Profile / Account will be deleted from Eenadu Pellipandiri permanently.
Note: Profiles once deleted cannot be restored.

Searching Profiles

Without registration and login, Quick search enables you to search the profiles through Gender, Age, Religion and Caste on the Home page of the Website / App.
Note: You can see only basic details of the Profiles along with their photographs.

Without registration and login, any user can search the profiles with the categories like Religion, Caste, Region, Profession, Qualification and City / District on Home page of the Website / App.

• Login into your account, go to the 'Search' section.
• In that select your search criteria from the given sections i.e., Profile ID, Star and Raasi, Profession, State & City, Annual Income, Education, Community.
• Then fill the given fields and click on the 'View Profiles' button.

• Login into your account, go to the 'Search' section.
• In that select 'Advanced Search' option.
• Here you can have a detailed search by filling Basic information, Socio-Religious background, Life style and Location Info of your partner preferences and click on 'View Profiles' button.
• This feature helps you in finding better results in finding your preferred matches.

'Compare Profiles' feature will be used in examining and comparing multiple profiles (min of 2 & max of 4) at a time in order to find the similarities and dissimilarities as per user preferences.
• Login into your account, go to 'My matches' or 'Search' sections.
• In that select your search criteria from the given sections and select the interested profiles and click on 'Compare' button to list them in detailed view side by side.

Ways to Connect the Matches

'Express Interest' feature enables you to send your interest to liked matches with some selected messages that are provided by us.
• As a free member you can send up to 5 interests where as a paid member can send unlimited interests to other members.
• When a member Accepts / Declines your interest request, You will be notified via email / SMS / Account Inbox .
 
Note: This feature is only to express your interest, no contact information will be displayed to other persons.
 
Steps to send 'Express Interest':
• Login into your account, go to any of the interested matches.
• When you open any one of the matches, there you can see 'Express Interest' option.
• Then click on that option and select any one of the messages displayed and click on 'send' button.
• Now your interest will be sent to your interested match.
• After having mutual acceptance you can proceed to further steps like sending personal messages or getting their contact info.

A free member can send up to 5 interests whereas a paid member can send unlimited interests to other members.
Note: During promotional times, it may vary.

• Login to your account, check your Inbox.
• In that check the section 'Express Interest Received' where you can Accept or Decline Interest requests.
• You will be notified through email if you receive interest from any other members.

When a member Accepts / Declines your interest request, You will be notified via email / SMS / Account Inbox .

'Personalized Messages' feature enable the paid members to send personal messages to their liked matches after their mutual acceptance of 'Express Interest'.
• You can Accept or Decline the chat request even after having mutual acceptance in 'Express Interest'.
• You can send unlimited messages where you will also have the Block option.
Note: A strict action will be taken against those who make abusive messages / crossing the other user's privacy / other malpractices / violating Terms & Conditions and Privacy policy of Eenadu Pellipandiri. Any user who is facing this kind of issue, can bring to the notice of the Eenadu Pellipandiri team at any time.

Yes, you can.
• Before initiating any chat, you will have an option to Accept or Decline the chat. After cross checking the profile info, you can begin your conversation.
• Even after accepting and starting the conversation, you can still have the option to block any user.

Only the paid members can avail this feature. This special service enables the paid members to obtain the Phone number of other members.
• Login into your account, Search for the required profiles with your preferences.

Favourite / Forward / Ignore / Block Profiles

Yes, All members (Free & Paid) can mark interested profiles as Favourite for future reference.
Steps to add Profile as 'Favourite'
• Login into your account, Search for the required profiles with your preferences.
• Click on the ‘View profile’ option to view the details of the profile.
• There you can find the ‘Favourite’ tab option, Click on it to mark the profile as Favourite.

• Login into your account.
• On the navigation bar, go to the 'My Matches' section where you can find 'Favourites List'.
• When you click on that field, you can get all the Favourite Profiles List.
• If you want to remove any profile from the favourites list, simply click on 'Unfavourite Profile' button.

Members have the facility to forward their liked / interested profiles that they come across on Eenadu Pellipandiri Website / App to their personal contacts i.e., Family / Friends / relatives etc.

This feature enables members to ignore profiles that do not meet their expectations.
Steps to ignore a profile:
• Login into your account, Search for the required profiles with your preferences.
• Click on the ‘View profile’ option to view the details of the profile.
• There you can find the ‘Ignore’ tab option, Click on it to mark the profile as ignored list which will not be displayed in suggestions anymore.

• Login into your account.
• On the navigation bar, go to the 'My Matches' section where you can find 'Ignored List'.
• When you click on that field, you can get all the Ignored Profiles List.
• If you want to remove any profile from the ignored list, simply click on the 'Remove from Ignore List' button.

Members can even block profiles that are not of their interest. By doing so, members can avoid any kind of interests or personalised messages from the other members which he/she is not interested in.
Steps to block a member:
• Login into your account, Search for the required profiles with your preferences.
• Click on the ‘View profile’ option to view the details of the profile.
• There you can find the ‘Block’ tab option, Click on it to block the profile.

• Login into your account.
• On the navigation bar, go to the 'My Matches' section where you can find 'Block List'.
• When you click on that field, you can get all the Blocked Profiles List.
• If you want to remove any profile from the blocked list, simply click on the 'Unblock' button.

Photos & Horoscope

Adding a photo will increase the chances of your profile getting noticed by other members. Moreover, your photograph could be the first step to get into the prospective profile’s world.
To add a photo to your profile:
• Login into your account.
• On the navigation bar, go to the 'My Profile' section where you can find 'Upload / Edit Photos' field.
• When you click on that field, you can add / view / edit / delete / hide / Protect photos.

Yes, for your privacy, Eenadu Pellipandiri allows you to protect and hide your photos.
• Login into your account.
• On the navigation bar, go to the 'My Profile' section where you can find 'Upload / Edit Photos' field.
• When you click on that field, you can see the Hide / Protect photos option.

To Hide : Just click on the 'Hide' icon beside the photos and confirm it. To unhide also do the same process and click on 'Unhide'

To Protect: Click on 'Protect photo' button then you will be directed to the Privacy settings page where 'Photo Privacy' options will be displayed.

Select any of those options as per your choice and save it.

If a member has protected or not uploaded their photo, you can request the member to accept your request to view the photo or to upload the photo.

Adding a horoscope will help prospective members to compare their horoscopes.
To add a Horoscope to your profile:
• Login into your account.
• On the navigation bar, go to the 'My Profile' section where you can find 'Upload / Edit Horoscope' field
• When you click on that field, you can add / view / edit / delete / Protect Horoscope.

Yes, for your privacy, Eenadu Pellipandiri allows you to hide / protect your horoscope.
• Login into your account.
• On the navigation bar, go to the 'My Profile' section where you can find 'Upload / Edit Horoscope' field.
• When you click on that field, you can see the 'Protect Horoscope' option.
• Click on the 'Protect Horoscope' button then you will be directed to the Privacy settings page where 'Horoscope Privacy' options will be displayed.
Select any of those options as per your choice and save it.

Yes, your personal & contact information is safe & secure with us.
• Only basic details are visible to free users. Not even the user name will be displayed to the free users.
• Full details are visible to paid members except some confidential feilds.
• Anyway we don't show the confidential details i.e, Mobile number, Email, date of birth, Time of birth are not visible to any of the members.

Yes, Eenadu Pellipandiri never displays your ID proof documents to any of the users.
After you upload your documents to your account, our team will review it and provide you with the 'Verified Badge'. You can view your own document by logging into your account but it is not visible to any of the users.
Note: Once the document is verified by our team, you can't delete / modify it.
