How do i Login

Under the “Members Login” section, type your ‘Profile ID / Email’ and ‘Password’. Then click the “Login” button. You are now logged in to Eenadupellipandiri.net. Member can also login with the e-mail address they have provided at the time of registration.

I forgot my ID / Password. How should I retrieve it?

How do I create my profile?

Can I delete my profile?

Some members may want to delete their profiles for various reasons. Deleting a profile is simple and requires the following steps: • Login with your Profile ID/Email ID and password • Under the Members section select Delete/Hide your Profile option • Select the reason and give comments for deleting your profile • In the Hide/Delete profile page click ‘Delete Now’ option. • You should select a reason for deleting your profile • You should add comments while deleting your profile Note: 1. If you don’t want to delete your profile now, you can click ‘Delete Later’ option 2. Profiles once deleted cannot be restored.

How can I get my profile hightlighted in the search results?

Only "Kalyana Thilakam" package members can be highlighted with some special mark in different Color in the search results page

Can I Bookmark profiles for future reference?

All the Members can bookmark profiles that they are interested in and also can add some comments to the profiles. In the search results if the member finds interesting, he/she can bookmark them for their future reference. It also facilitates to add some comments on that particular profile for their reference. To bookmark a profile: • Login with your Profie ID/Email ID and ‘Password’ • Select the ‘Search’ option and search profiles. • In the search results page you can find ‘Bookmark Profile’  option for each profile • If you find any interested profile, click the ‘Bookmark Profile’ option of that profile. You can also add some comments on that particular profile for future reference.

How can I view Bookmarked profiles?

To view your book marked profiles; • Login with your Profie ID/Email ID and ‘Password’ • On the left menu, under ‘Members’ section click ‘My Bookmark List" • You could view entire list of your book marked profiles. • If you want you can even delete the bookmark of that profile by clicking ‘Delete Bookmark’ option.

How can I ignore profiles?

This feature enables members to ignore profiles that do not meet their expectations. To ignore a profile: • Login with your ‘Profile ID and ‘password’. • Search profiles by selecting search option on the left side of the screen. • In the search results page you can find ignore option under the profile of each member • If you are not interested in a profile click ‘Ignore’ option to ignore the profile. • Confirm it by clicking ‘yes’ to ignore the profile. The profile is now ignored. You can also add a comment or a reason while ignoring a profile.

How do I view ignored profiles?

• Login with your Profile ID and ‘Password’ • On the left menu, under ‘Members’ section click ‘My Ignore List" • You could view entire list of ignored profiles. • If you want you can even remove the ‘ignoring’ of that profile by clicking ‘’Remove Ignore’ option.

How can I block profiles?

Members can even block profiles that are not of their interest. By doing so, members can avoid any kind of interests or personalised messages from the other members which he/she is not interested. To block a member: • Login with your ‘Profile ID and ‘password’. • Search profiles by selecting search option on the left side of the screen. • In the search results page you can find ‘Block’ option under the profile of each member • If you are not interested in a profile click ‘Block’ option to block the profile. • Confirm it by clicking ‘yes’ to block the profile. You can also add a comment or a reason while blocking a profile

How do I view Blocked profiles?

• Login with your Profile ID and ‘Password’ • On the left menu, under ‘Members’ section click ‘My Block List" • You could view entire list of blocked profiles. • If you want you can even remove ‘blocking’ of that profile by clicking ‘’Un Block’ option.

What is Two-Way Match?

Two-Way match is a feature shows the profiles of partner preference matches a member’s profile and the member’s profile matches partner’s preferences. Clicking Two-Way Match option on the left side of the members section, enables the member to see the two way match profiles.

Who can get Mobile Alerts?

Anyone who is a member of eenadupellipandiri.net can avail of this service.

When will I receive a mobile alert?

You will receive a mobile alert when your profile is activated. If you are a paid member, you will be also getting mobile alerts on a regular basis if any profiles are matching with your preferred partner details.

The following are the different search options: Basic/Quick search: This feature allows members to search matches based on age/religion/caste etc. Advanced Search: With advanced search, you can search profile with your specific preferences like caste, education, residence status, profession, etc. Search by Community: Members also have the option to search profiles by community. On clicking the ‘Search by community’ option, you will be prompted to specify the community and caste of the profile you are looking for. Search by Country:Members can also search profiles from a particular country. Search by State: Members can also search profiles from a particular state. On clicking the option, members are prompted to specify their country and state from a drop-down menu. Search by City: This feature allows members to restrict their profile search within a particular city. Search by Mother tongue: This feature is to help members find their ideal profiles who speak the same language as theirs. With this feature, members can look for profiles having the same mother tongue. Search by profession: Looking for a profile that matches your profession? This feature will help you do the same. Members can search profiles based on qualification and occupation. Photo search: This feature enables members to search profiles with photos. Paid members can get this service. ‘Save this search’ feature provides the user to save their interested profiles to avoid repetetive search of their interested profiles in the process of going further. To do that: • Login with your “Profile ID / E-mail ID” and “Password.” • Search for the required profiles. • In the search results page you can find ‘Save this search’ option. Click the option to save your search. You can save maximum of three searches.

How can I establish a contact with a member?

To establish contact with a member Eenadupellipandiri.net provides an option called ‘Express interest’. By using this option you can express your interest towards a member. To do this; • Login with your Profile ID and password. • Click the search option by entering your required preferences • In the search result page, you will have the “Express interest” option. • Click the link if you find a suitable profile. • Clicking the “Express interest” link will navigate you to a new window. • Select any one of the Express interest messages and Click the “Send” button. • If you are a paid member, then you can send personalised messages to the matching profile. • If you are not a paid member; then you can express interest through system generated messages where the message will be sent automatically to that interested profile.

Is there a limit in sending Express Interest message?

No, there is no limit on the number of Express Interest message you send..

How can I know whether the member has accepted or rejected my interest?

Eenadupellipandiri.net sends you a notified mail if the member concerned has accepted your interest. To know how many members have accepted or rejected your interest just follow the below process. • Login to your profile • In ‘My Profile’ page you can see 'Express Interest Sent' option under ‘My Messages’ subhead • Under express interest sent option there are three options ‘Accepted’, ‘Yet To Respond’ and ‘Declined’. • Click on each option to know how many messages have been accepted, how many are yet to respond and even how many have been declined. NOTE: You can also view your profile statistics by becoming paid member. Your Profile statistics can shown when you click on “Activity Statistics” in the Left side navigation section.

How do I accept / decline a member�s interest?

You will be notified through e-mail if you receive interest from any other members. For Free members: • Click the “ACCEPT” button to accept an interest. • Click the “DECLINE” button to decline an interest. For paid members: • Login to your account and click the ‘Send Personalised Message’ option to send personalised messages. • Click the “DECLINE” button if you are not interested.

Do I have the preference to block personalised messages sent by other members?

Yes, you can. Personalised messages or communications sent by a paid member to the other members have the privilege to block any kind of interest and personalised messages from those members or profiles they are not interested.

Can I forward profiles?

Members may sometimes come across profiles that might interest their friends or relatives. In such cases, registered members can also forward profiles to their personal contacts.

Can I add Photograph/Video?

Yes you can view protected photo, by placing a request to view their photo.

How many photos can I add to my profile?

Can I change a photo?

Yes, Paid members can protect their Videos with password. To do so: • Login to your profile • Click the “My Video” link on the left side • Click on “Protect Video” option • Enter your Video password (different from your login password) and confirm the same. • Click the submit button.

 Yes you can view protected Video, by placing a request to view their Video.

How to Change or Reset the Photo Password

Change Photo Password: To change the photo protection password: 1.     Go to My Photos, click on “Change Photo Password” of the Photo which is Password Protected. 2.     Then give Current Password, New Password of your choice and Confirm Password. 3.     Your New Photo Password will be updated. 4.     Please remember your New password for subsequent use. Note: If you do not remember your Current Password, you can reset the Password by following procedure. 1.     Login, go to “My Photos”, click on “Unprotect Photo”. 2.     Then click on “Protect Photo” again to give New Password of your choice. Confirm Password details. 3.     Your New Photo Password will be updated. 4.     Please remember your  New password for subsequent use.
